We believe in customer satisfaction. At MotoGP Gears, Returns or Exchange options are always open for the happiness of our customers. we make a return and refund very simple. The customer just needs to email us photos of the product to ensure the damage or defect in the product before processing it for return. We will refund the full amount in case of a defect/damage to products.
we accept returns in 30 Days:
We are accepting returns within 30 days after delivery. Customers can return or exchange products within 30 days after the delivery date.
Product condition – Must the item be new in the box/like new in order to return?
Charges, if any – the user have to pay return shipping charges. once we received product back. We will issue immediately full refund .
Return Shipping Cost:
- You are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Accept returns under the following conditions.
- Wrong product received by the customer
- Products have some defects
- Product damaged in shipping
- Product has tampered
- The size does not fit according to our size chart
Note: We are not accepting returns on custom orders.
Refunds:
Refunds will be made exactly in the same account used to make payment. (PayPal, Credit, or Debit card)
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned product.
